Note 1

The usual piece length of felt are 4 and 14 meters.

Note 2

The common thickness of felt are 1.5,3,6,10,13,16,19,22 and 25 mm

Note 3

This test is not to be carried out on soft variety of felt.

Note 4

This test is not to be carried out on soft & medium hard varieties of felt and also on felt having thickness of 6 mm or below.
